Purpose of visit

The Purpose and activities of the team during the shall include:

• Official presentation of the symposium to Abia government (commissioner and relevant stakeholders)
• Inspection of the International Conference Centers
• Inspection of the Exhibition ground/Venue
• Inspection of Hotels and Accommodation/ facilities VVIPs, VIPs, other special guests and participants
• Recreational facility for special site visits by participants
